This Return Policy describes how steamroomsaunas.com handles returns and exchanges of sauna and steam-room products.

Return Window

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund, less original shipping charges and any applicable restocking fee.

Eligible Items

To be eligible, items must be uninstalled, in original condition with all tags and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

• Custom or made-to-order saunas and steam-room units
• Installed equipment
• Final-sale or clearance items
• Damaged or modified products not in original condition
• Gift cards

How to Request a Return

Email hello@steamroomsaunas.com with your order number and reason. We will provide return instructions and a return authorization.

Return Shipping

For large items, return freight is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using insured freight services.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with photos. We will arrange replacement, repair, or refund.
