Eligibility for Refunds
- Eligible uninstalled items returned within the return window in original condition
- Items confirmed to be defective or damaged on arrival
- Orders cancelled before shipment
- Duplicate or erroneous charges
Non-Refundable Items
- Custom or made-to-order saunas and steam-room units
- Installed equipment
- Final-sale or clearance items
- Damaged or modified products not in original condition

How to Request a Refund
Email hello@steamroomsaunas.com with your order number and reason.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Large freight returns may take longer to process.
Partial Refunds
We reserve the right to issue partial refunds for items not in original condition or returned without all packaging and accessories.
Original Shipping and Freight Charges
Original shipping and freight charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
