This Shipping Policy describes how steamroomsaunas.com fulfills and ships sauna and steam-room products.
Order Processing
Standard accessories are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days. Custom and made-to-order saunas and steam-room units may require 2 to 8 weeks of production time before shipment.
Shipping Methods and Transit Times
Estimated transit times after processing:
- Small accessories - standard: 3 to 7 business days
- Small accessories - expedited: 2 to 3 business days
- Large equipment - LTL freight: 7 to 14 business days
- Custom units - white-glove delivery: scheduled at production completion
- International: 7 to 30 business days, depending on destination
Transit times are estimates and not guarantees.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, destination, and selected method. Large equipment requires LTL freight with separate charges for liftgate, residential delivery, and white-glove service if applicable.
Delivery and Installation
Standard freight delivers curbside. White-glove delivery and installation are available for an additional charge.
Inspection on Delivery
You are required to inspect all large equipment at delivery and note any damage on the carrier delivery receipt before signing. Damage not noted at delivery may not be claimable.
International Orders
International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees. Large equipment freight quotes are provided on request.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Address Accuracy
You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address and confirming delivery access for large equipment.
Damaged in Transit
If your equipment arrives damaged, note it on the delivery receipt and contact us within 7 days with photos.
