Every Steam Room Saunas spa essential is made-to-order. We can't restock a custom-printed item — but we'll always make it right when something goes wrong.
Short version: No returns for buyer's remorse or sizing change. Full replacements/refunds for defects, print errors, damage in transit, or wrong item shipped.
What's covered
- Damaged or defective items.
- Misaligned, blurry, or wrong prints.
- Wrong item, size, or color shipped.
What's not covered
- Wrong size ordered (use the Sizing Guide).
- Buyer's remorse.
- Items reported more than 30 days after delivery.
How to claim
Within 30 days of delivery, email us with order number, photo of the issue, and short description.
